Concerning Urban Drainage and other Related Software Distributed by Ewan Group Plc

Please note the following points concerning urban drainage and other related software products currently distributed by Ewan Group Plc.

Some of these products were developed entirely by myself and the copyright of these products is my own and does not belong to Ewan Group. Ewan Group are not entitled to distribute, sell, redevelop or otherwise exploit this software without my knowledge and consent.

Other software products were partly developed by myself under contract to Ewan. The copyright of such software components is not clear and has to be resolved. Until the copyright is resolved Ewan Group should not distribute or sell software made up from such components.

Ewan Group have failed to respond properly to a series of letters which have been written to them regarding the copyright of the software. It is my opinion that they have acted dishonestly by taking the work done by myself and presenting it to their clients as though done by themselves.

I am seeking to prevent Ewan Group from commercially exploiting the software until the copyright issue is properly resolved. I am intending to advertise and sell equivalent software under the FloatingPoint trade name.

I would be pleased to discuss the development and sale of such software with interested parties. I would be grateful for any information regarding Ewan Group's own attempts to distribute or sell such software.
